Nope, he collided with a Bf109 after shooting two others down on August 9, 1941. He bailed out and was captured.  He was flyoing a Spitfire Mk Va at the time.

Late in the production run of F6F-5s Grumman installed two 20mm cannon.  These were NOT night-fighters.  Some of these aircraft were used in naval reserve units as late as 1947.  If AH saw fit to model the F4U-1C, which had a production run of only 300, then why not model these late-model Hellcats?  They could be perked fairly heavily because of their rarity.

Customized skins would be nice...but I can see where they could cause some programmiing problems.

A more realistic damage model is DEFINITELY needed.

A more complex terrain, offering more cover for tank battles.  The current terrains are very open and heavily favor the heavier and more powerful German tanks.

ok im in the 357thbombergroup and we would like to see like troops beable to shot there gun and sum subs maybe i would like to see sum gliders and the boxcar troops and gargo plane ;)

As a downed pilot, it would be pretty cool to be able to fire a colt45...

Gliders.  These would be pretty cool.  You can double the c47's troop load by attaching a glider to the back.  While it would slow down the plane, you could get more troops...

We already have a cargo plane that is capable of dropping both troops and cargo.


Boxcar troops...do you mean like troops that pop out of a train?  While that would be cool, it would be hard to make that work because there aren't too many railroad tracks that drive straight into enemy territory.  However, I am a pretty stupid person and you probably mean something else.

would like to be able to kill ship guns. and see damage on cv and destroyer like it and more gunners in buffs instead of 1 extra guy.

lets turn it to almost like WW2 online. make manable troops so Ten of us can run to the map room, and or we can jump out of the C47 or M3 or Ltv2 to enemy base's and kill the troops running in...lol
