Same here MArk. Abit BH-6, MX300 soundcard, DX8A and the latest RW 1C sans "the crap"

No problem for me except for when whoever is hosting the squad RW channel dumps many of the remaiing folks using that channel 'freeze' till RWQ comes back and says connection lost.
I think the cure fo that is to have a RW 'base station' which we'll be trying but I also want to try a second vox program out so I can talk maneuvers with a wingy while we're fighting and also still be tuned to the squad vox channel.

I had to use an old SB 16 PnP too (On an Abit BP-6)since I couldn't get any of my friggin' SB PCI 128's to work.
Am thinking of getting an Abit VP-6 but I don't think that has any ISA slots....Anyone know a good PCI soundcard that works well with RW?

Diamond MX300 if you can find one. But the cards  gameport also puts out a low, non-standard DC voltage and may not power some brands of joystick correctly; CH for exmaple. I use a gamecard anyway so that's not much of an issue for me.

Dang it guys.  A couple of weeks ago I went around asking if RW was the best voice program for this game and everyone said yes.  I buy it and now everyone is ditching it.  You guys owe me money!

Anyone ever try Team sound?  I like the idea of havein multi chnls    I found gamevoice to be worthless regarding the voice command.  Game Commander 2 is far superior to the Microsoft gamevoice for the command part but I like the chnl selection of Microsofts hardware    Course Microsoft has ya downloading instant messeneger and ya have to create lists.....etc

What we need is some wizz-bang programer who understands AH design a voice comm with multi chnl support

Searches over vast crowd for raised hands....
