Nitric Acid will clean it right up.

spray with mild degreaser, wash off , let dry

Step 1: Insert quarters or tokens
Step 2: Turn dial to "Foaming Engine Cleaner"
Step 3: Spray liberally into engine compartment, avoiding paper filter things and anything else that might suck in water
Step 4: Let it sit for a minute
Step 5: Turn dial to "Pressure Rinse"
Step 6: Rinse engine compartment
Step 7: Go home.
