I have used various sources (I'm at work so I don't have my books available) but all of the list from 1 to 7 production A7M2's in addition to the prototypes. As far as I know the A7M2 never saw combat.
As far as the J2M3 goes, I think it should be added but I don't think it should be a perk. It isn't that fast and it doesn't climb that well. The only Japanese plane that had production airframes that would be a perk is the A7M2. The Ki84
might qualify as a perk, but maybe not as well.
