From the information I have:

The B239 model (F2A-1) sold to the Fins while fast had no Wep ability like the FM-2, had little to no armor and no self sealing fuel tanks like the FM-2. The damage model should be closer to the A6M2 than the FM-2. Also - did the Finnish Buffalo's have 4x.50cal MG's? From what I have looked at most carried either 2 or 4x.30cal's or a mix .30 & .50 cals.
The damage model combined with the armament makes a BIG difference between the Buffalo and the FM-2.
Still I guess it is the closest thing we have.
