Slammer, I was a part of the "TAS" beta team, such as it was. I know the whole story. I don't condone what was done, what was said, the whole deal. That's where it ends with me- no need to carry on with it. What does Voss have to do with the workings of this sim any more than anyone else that plays this sim? Nothing. There is no way he can hurt you or the sim you frequent, in fact he gives you someone to hunt.
You are twisting the intent of all who have asked you to drop this. No one has said they condone any type of illicit behavior. What they are saying is that it has nothing to do with them, and as it appears that Voss is behaving as well as anyone else in here what right does anyone have to try to drive him out?
Guess what? There are jerks in life. Since there is no hunting season for jerks we'll just have to carry on with them in our midst. As anyone we don't personally like qualifies as a jerk we had best get used to the idea that we are going to have to cohabitate this planet with them. Fortunate for us, too, as we all act like jerks occasionally.
Paul Voss was outed a long time ago on TAS. He isn't going to get your money. He isn't going to have any medals pinned on his chest. He is just Joe Public, maybe someone that told some mighty big whoppers, but that is about it where I am concerned. I still own my home, I haven't lost my life savings to him, and my reputation wasn't soiled because I was part of that fiasco. He doesn't owe me any reparations, nor you unless you lost money to him.
I strongly advise you reread your posts regarding this matter and assess whether you have been a bit too zealous in your pursuit. Better still, realize we all got the point about 2 months ago.
