Ya see? This is what comes from France, Russia, Germany, et. al. and our own malcontents here at home sending mixed signals to S.H. If there'd been a united effort there wouldn't even be the need to send in the military. IMHO.

yes, the Admin should listen to its own people, who 70% favor military action (with UN backing).

I don't think that you want the safety of your family to be determined by some nations who could care less if you live or die.

I'm curious...what was the % that favor military action even without UN backing?

Latest poll I read was that less than 50% favored without.

I'm in that % then...

what is the UN if not the US? We see on TV now - just a bunch of hand wringing do nothings, more worried about their own country and politics than the global community they were established to protect.
