CH Pro Peddals Cleaning

Does anyone know of a online instructions to disassemble and reassemble CH Pro Peddals?

I've got to clean some dirt off the rollers in my peddals, but last time I took them apart it took me 20 mins, a flashlight and a bent clothes hanger to get them back together again.  There's got to be a better way.

no, thats pretty much how you do it.
one good hint is use one of those hot-glue guns to hold the wires in place. just put a dab where you want the wires to go and push them into it before it cools.  you still have to line up the linkage and springs and such, but at least you wont have to worry about pinching a wire when closing it up
