Absolutely.
The sheer size of the known universe has to house something else than us - we're not all that important.
Do I think life exists elsewhere in the galaxy/universe? Yes. Hell, remember the bacteria they found on Mars 5-6 years ago? (think it was a bacteria, anyway)
Do I think intelligent life exists somewhere else in the galaxy/universe? Yes, either it does, did, or will, and I think the number of intelligent civiliations is far greater than assumed.
Do I think they are visiting Earth? As much as I would love to believe this because it would, quite simply, be the single greatest discovery of our civilization, I dont. I would think that if another civilization were to fly all the way out here, they would at least say hi. Although - do you really think our "advanced" society would be ready for it?
I dont really buy into the whole "we're being watched" routine either, but its not like I have any evidence one way or the other.
Im just sad I wont see our civilization expand beyond Mars in my lifetime.
