i too, started my second trial that HITech sent to old trialers, and noticed alot more clutter on normal "chat" than i rememberd before, it was (and still is) annoying to post a message too my team only to have it dissapear off the chatlog (even the extended chatlog) within 30seconds due to some kids talking about how lame Bush is etc

  Personally, I squelch "1" most of the time, so the topics of discussion there remain for the most part, mystical.
  However, yet again "lonerangr" as has been his style lately began another volley of politcal spew on OUR channel, "2" .
  As well, much of his language is reprehensible, and I don't understand why HTC hasn't revoked his flying priveleges under the Terms Of Service agreement.
  Squelching him does no good, either, as he ruffles so many feathers that even the quietest of Rooks begin blasting him for his soapbox preaching.
    I think along with HTCs liberal "free flying" policy should come some sort monitoring of what's going on there, especially as of late.
  If not, the ability to squelch Channel 2 would be an alternative of sorts, although it'd be cutting off one's nose to spite one's face.

We NEED members of the community,respected members,to be possibly be appointed 'monitors' with minor powers such as the ability to remove someones radio rights for say,30 mins/hour,this is one thing I miss from AW,was nice having 'Staff' about,the swearing is out of control,the racist talk IS out of control,and the political stuff is out of control,either get rid of channel 1 altogether,OR have players police the radio channels,it shouldnt be down to HT and the others,they have a lot on their hands etc,its a player created problem,so its up to US to stamp it out.

There are a select few that have been bestowed moderator powers but they seem more concerned with just policing language instead of idiots like Goopie and lonerngr.
