I BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO POST (Custom Sound Effect's),IN THE HIGHTECT CREATIONS WEB-SITE UNDER THE DOWNLOADS SECTION I NEED HELP

I Need Info on Rules,Any Such thing about it,and do you have to be a Member or a Person Paying for The Main Arena in order to post a file at all????

i made some custom sound files Very Nice b-17 Sounds more Realistic ,and So Do The Bombs Falling.

Plus All Be Adding Hillairrious Sounds
To Make you Stomp in the Ground Heres An Example C-47 Then The Guys Then Saying Gerranamoo
They Scream Like Wimps,Ect very funny if your board with the realistic sounds

but please help me
