Associated Press per CNN, 15 Iraqis have surrendered to the 3rd Infantry units stationed along the Kuwait-Iraq border. Some Iraqis attempting to surrender to British units were reportedly told they must wait for the beginning of hostilities

Confirmed by Fox 17 now have surrendered (guess we will now let them stay)

This is not last weeks news...even though it also happened last week. There is some discrepency in the number. Some say 3, others say 17.

wonder what would stop saddam from injecting some of his "bravest" soldiers unknowingly with smallpox knowing they'd surrender at first chance ............... maybe give them a "top secret" chemical file or two to attract a couple of ranking US/Brit officers ...
