Very odd that it is France and Germany that primarily is being bugged. And Solana.

I think I know who it is who's doing this, and I think you guys know it too. Of course there are many possibilities, but given the politcal climate and events, one possibility is more probable than the others.

What the hell is he thinking?

The UK is being bugged too.

Apparently a meeting room to be used by Blair and Chirac was also bugged.

The thing is the US has much more sophisticated means of intercepting telephone transmitions.

"Bugs" are old school.

So while I obviously joking with the France comment it certainly could be anyone.:

oops I am confused was it bugging rooms or wiretapping?
