i heard the hollywood people nominated the saddam double for a oscar for best impersonation of a dead dictator.

My money is on Hussein Double #2.  His impersonation of the dictator now dead was much better.  Hell, he went to the DeNiro school of acting and put on 30 pounds for the roll plus he had plastic surgery done.
