Far as i'm concerned this thread is assinine.
Well personally I used Ch1 to talk to friends who fly for other countries but due to the deluge of Political talk that is no longer the case. If I wanted all the Political talk I would not bother logging on just watch CNN instead but I want to be way from reality for awhile so I come to AH , and now instead of being able to talk to friends on CH1 my first action is .squelch 1
Yes some do use CH1 for taunts but even these are mostly in fun but recently the attacks, due to the political nature have become more personal.
