Surprise! Surprise!
« on: March 25, 2003, 01:30:53 PM »
Umm-Qasr captured!!! Again! Yes!!! It's captured again! They capture it 2 times every day!!!

http://top.rbc.ru/index1.shtml

"Coalition" is unable to gain control of a village with population of 1500. No surprise they already declared Basra a "military object", probably to carpet-bomb it.

Now our analysts say the "rumour" of probable usage of chemical weapons by Iraqi forces has the only purpose: to excuse the usage of tactical nukes against Iraq.

My hat off for the heroism of the soldiers and officers from Iraqi 51st division. They turned Umm-Qasr into a Brest Fortress against agressors.

You mean the guys whose General surrendered on like day 2?  Or the guys who are wearing civilian clothes and pretending to surrender and then open fire?

Very heroic

Try capitalism and freedom for a while Boroda.  You will find that life is alot more fun when you can do what you want and have the means (money) to explore new possibilities.

That being said, its folks like you that want to keep the Iraqi people miserable, oppressed, and fearful.  I'm sure you have heard the garbage about each society having its own 'special merits'.  Bunch of crap.  I gurantee that I am living 'higher on the hog' than you, all due to my Western style of life.  The sooner we get the Iraqis out of their backward, medieval style dictatorship, the better.

Curval: Or the guys who are wearing civilian clothes and pretending to surrender and then open fire?

Probably the same guys who were dismantling their own missiles becasue we asked them to, so that we do not attack them - just before the invasion.

Nice trick by the way on US part - "Lay down your weapons and nobody gets hurt! Now on your knees, face to the wall. Bamm!".

Of course, I only see what he posts here and what he does in the MA.  I know virtually nothing about the man.  I think its important for people to realize that we don't really know squat about each other.... definately not enough to use words like "hate".

Where the hell did you come up w/this crap.

I retract my economic statement... your saying the US's losing of its heavy industry due to "greed" more or less is our downfall I think. I gotta agree w/this in part anyway... this is in another post.

You mean the missiles that Sadaam claimed not to have for the past 12 years?  The Frog type ones right?  Like the ones that landed in Iran?

...and they were being dismantled (and reassembled again as I have heard) AFTER 250,000 troops were threatening to invade right?

That was a half-heatred attempt to hookwink the idiots who just really really WANT to believe Sadaam was actually disarming.

Fact is the US doesn't give a crap about a few missiles...it is the bio and chemical weapons they were wanting to SEE destroyed.

I know you to be an idiot from previous postings but you cant really believe the bs you are espousing; 6 days 36 casulties. Does that sound like a tough time? Problematic yes, in the sense that they need to routed out. But what have these Iraqi fighters in Umm-Qasr actually accomplish? The Coalition supply lines are intact. The fight in Umm-Qasr did nothing to upset the war plan. All they did was prolong the influx of aid.

Nothing to "glorious" happened there.

The Chechens have put up a better fight against your country's forces and have even been able to operate in your capital effectively. Your country, even under Soviet rule, couldnt deal as effectively against muslem  fighters as the US has in our past 3 encounters (Gulf 1, Afgan, Current).

I see where you Russians would give to much credit to these Umm-Qasr fighters after all muslems have been smacking your troops around for years.

We did destroy the 6 Russian made GPS jammers with gps guided bombs. Seems they didnt work to well. I hope Russian night vision works as well for the Iraqis as those gps jammers.

ROFL!!

Of all the complete silliness you've posted, this one has to be the funniest.  I see your analysts are just as idiotic as ours.

You won't see nukes in this engagement, as their application flies in the face of the stated purpose on the coalition.  You don't use a shotgun to kill a fly.

Maybe I am a moron. But:

You carpet-bombed Hanoi and Haifon.

Russian Army waited for almost a whole month for all civilians to leave Grozny. BTW, Grozny is a Russian city. Tell me if you know any Chechen cities.

51st was reported as "surrendered" by your Ministy of Propaganda at least 3 times. All they showed us was civilians under arrest.

You are probably going to win this. I'll really be very unhappy when it will happen. I only adore people woh fight for their Motherland against all odds.

All "antiamerican" things are not invented here but simply done by your administration.

Turdboy: miko2d I must have missed that news report about US troops lining Iraqis against a wall and killing them.

That was an analogy. We made sure through diplomatic channels that they destroy dozens of the missiles knowing full well that we will invade the next week. It's just like demanding them tos urrender their weapons and then shooting them.

Curval: ...and they were being dismantled (and reassembled again as I have heard) AFTER 250,000 troops were threatening to invade right?

Not threatening to invade but going to invade no matter what. Not that I am not happy there few dozen fewer missiles hitting our troops - if they are there anyway.

Just wish people would stop that "we are more honorable than they" crap.
Anyone who abides by the "rules of war" is an idiot in general. War is not a game.
