Humble--

I've seen that sort of thing happen on rare occasions.  It is not common, and certainly isn't the "norm".     The best solution I've found is to refuse to engage until the "friendly" decides to fight or he leaves the area.

You can also try to steal HIS kills...this never fails to get them angry (their hypocracy always makes me laugh) and will often motivate the lamer to switch countries.


Fortunately, it IS rare for this sort of thing to happen.

Make it work both ways.  If you find yourself being used as bait
from time to time, dont feel bad about using others for bait,
from time to time.  It all works out in the wash, its just the
egos that get hammered.  How many times have I bled a
La7 e down to a low level turn fight where I can beat him,
only to have a fellow country man zoom in and toast the sucker.

'How come u didnt help!!!'  
  I made the mistake of staying out of a fight, because I knew
the 2 guys were both awesome killers and didnt want to
ruin the fight.  Of course, when my friend called for help, I had
givien up my position and was unable to help.  he died and
publicy embarrassed me  on my country channel.
  from then on, I kill em when i can, and point the complainers to
the DA if they want private fights.

The flip side of this of course is that these are usually the people who don't react to a 6 call when they really need to - because they think you're trying to steal their kill.

Then shoot him while hangin in his chute..

Humble, if you have the kill, all you have to do is say on voice, "He's down."  No body's trying to steal your kill on purpose.

Sounds to me like you were dragging and your buddy was bagging.  And there's nothing wrong with that.  You guys oughta be best friends and help each other out.  Next time you'll get the kills.  It all balances out in the end.

Just seems like it would be easier to let it slide and not even worry about it.

I blew the wing off of a B-17 a while ago and RaUmL shot it up on it's way down to get the kill.

It isn't very often that I see a name I know KSing.  KSers are the lowest form of player there is.

Wierdest one I've had lately was seeing another Nit chasing a Bish, but he had a 2nd bish closing on him, I was D4 out, Chk'd 6 him, and he replies on vox "Don't c6 me, just kill stunninghunk".

Of course I thought, oh ok, immediately pulled up and waited for the bish to finish him off

Vulcan that happened to me last month too. Wonder if its the same guy, he died in that case as well too, seems my trigger was stuck for a few seconds, oops.

There are offcause such types in the game, and everywhere else.
But overall I find the majority of players great guys.
However we tend to let a few "unsporty" pilots really Pi** us off.
Better to focus on the positive things, than waste to much time
on those jerks. It's probably the only way they can get a kill.
And you both know who really got the victory.

Wasn't a "buddy" thing at all...just two guys flying on same side...now it could of worked out well for both of us. With a carrier upping multiple cons...mostly JABO...we both could of scored well. He simply hung back and let me engage and then bounced the con as I set him up...an earlier post mentioned I should killed faster...Iwas trying to conserve E and SA (and my plane) while stopping attacks on port.

What ended up is me left at low alt and reduced E while he zoomed back and to rear to use me as bait. I moved on and changed sides and am fine. Had an 8 kill, 7 kill, 5 kill (x2) + someothers yesterday...obviously was cannonfodder a few times .

Bunch of interesting comments...this was 1st time it ever got to me. Again only because it was so obvious and so unneeded. Was a perfect setup for working togeather...anyway if you fly with this guy your at least forwarned

Anyway MOG is the individual in question...to me this is exactly the guy I'd like to see on the other side...no place for him on mine.

Classic nancyboy MA stuff here... nothing new.

I concur... I ccould care less about my personal scores or stats, I'm a TEAM player...  If you see an enemy near me, feel free to come and kill him, I'll save my ammo for something else.
