Which is it?

On HTC website it says that the transparency for squad noseart is to be 176 176 176.  However, on the help file that is downloadable it says that the noseart should be 127 127 127.  Which is the correct one?  I dont want the same thing to happen as when that other squad messed up the whole MA last month by having incorrect noseart parameters.
