Congratulations WLDTHING!!!

Last night our monthly King Of The Hill Tournament had a record 44 players ans was 4 hours and 45 minutes long.  There were several new KOTHers, I don't remeber tham all but here are a few: BlkKnit, Slim9227, IcometI, 68Outlaw, FBDoom69, & Straitik.  I'm sure there were more but I just didn't get your names down fast enough.

   Yielding to the popular consensus, I modified the altitude limits slightly and also switched maps to the WildWednesday Terrain.  I think it worked very well.  Without further adeux, here's the winners of each round:

WldThing's plane of choice for next month's opening round is the Yak-9U.  I certainly hope to see each of you there!!!  April 25th, 2003 (Time is TBD... working on making a more Euro-friendly time).

Watching my husband, Zeb, flying (in AW) was how I got hooked in the first place..... now look at me!  :D

Nice fights and great fun. Congrats to wldthing. Can't believe I stayed up til 2am in this thing. I was hurtin bad saturday. ;)

Would be real cool if we could get the CM's the option to turn off players handles in the icons. Something to think about.

Wildthing for winning, and Bigmax for putting the event on.  I will be interested in flying in this event in the future.  I have had nothing but great praise of this event from Beans101 who had a blast in this last episode.  This was his first visit to this event, and you can be sure he will be back for many more.  Beans101 did very well, and the writeup just made his day.  Thanks, now, if I could just get him to talk about something else for a change.   :D

I forgot to mention a player that flew his first KOTH last Friday night... Beans101 who incidentally had the best kill-to-death ratio posted in the squad statistics.
