Holy smokes, the media is having kittens regarding the issue of a pause in the war, the number of troops in theater, the over optimistic length of the war, and the supply line to the troops.  These subjects keep coming up again and again.  I dont give a rats-posterior about these issues anymore as the people in the know have answered in detail.  The only people to listen to are Rummy, Franks, and the President.  They have answered every question the media has asked, but I think the media isnt listening!  I guess its more important to have the straw man then to report on the war.  I just dont think that American public is in crises, as the media would have us believe!

Media, please move on, please!!!!

the media don't like a "pause", 800 reporters and no "breaking news". the media is starting to do reruns of the 1st days of the war.

its true that the media is feeding the MTV mentality of many if not most Americans. quick-quick-quick shots of action, no more than 4 seconds at a time- Im sure thats why people want to have it all wrapped up nice and neat in two weeks, like a mini-series, so they can get back to 'Friends' and 'Frasier'
