Do you have an issue where the gear on the I-16 (either type) will not function with the gear key? The I-16 on my FB won't do anything with gear. If you do a quick mission, the gear is up, and won't go down. If you do a campaign mission, you start on the ground and can't raise the gear after you take off. It kinda makes it tough to fly a mission in a plane where you can't raise the gear.

just wondering if this is a known issue or if it's just happening to me. the dang ubisoft forums won't open for me right now, so I gotta ask you guys. I know some of you have it.

There's 2 keys you need to assign: Manual gear up and manual gear down.

It takes like 40 key presses to bring it up and put it back down.

Somehow someone thought this was more realistic, cuz it somehow simulates the turning of a crank.

and this was the only plane that had it? or the only plane in the game so far that I've noticed that has it?

I think its fun pumping the gear up. Have never landed a ratta though..4 tries. 4 dies..

I love that games graphics! You guys have any tweaking suggestion to get most of the game?

512 DDR Ram
onboard sound card (might change it any suggestions)
WIN XP PRO
Nvida 4200 using Omega drivers( whats good Nvdia Drivers)
