Charlie Daniels really has no business calling anyone a "has been".

Charlie Daniels? Georgia?  Is that the same guy who had the Charlie Daniels Band, and a song called The Devil Went Down to Georgia? I remember him. I think he was playing an electric violin in the MTV video I saw. Quite a rotund gentleman, as I recall. Funny how his pro-war, pro-America message is being paraded here. In other threads, having a large waistline (ie being FAT) was enough to discredit a guy in the eyes of some of his critics. I guess it's OK to be fat if you live in Georgia, and wave the stars and stripes!

The best part about that is not once did he tell the targets of his tirade to shut up.  The man values free speech and realizes that Penn and others have the right to say whatever they want about the war effort.  Charlie just knows he has the right to call it like he sees it.  :)

Heh. Nice...

Let's imagine that actor X expresses his opinion. Then lets imagine that musician Y also expresses his opinion. Then lets try and argue that one is any more valid than the other and it's not because it's the one you just happen to agree with. Pull your heads out of your asses!

:D

No Sean did alot more than 'express" his opinion. He went to a nation w/a blood thirsty dictator and expressed sympathy for him and his government.

Hollywood is full of of tools. He's one of them.
Of course, I only see what he posts here and what he does in the MA.  I know virtually nothing about the man.  I think its important for people to realize that we don't really know squat about each other.... definately not enough to use words like "hate".

What i don't understand.

I know many embassies in Berlin. They all are right next to the street, britisch, french, hungarian, japanese, you can move next to all of them without any trouble, -except 1.

This 1 is hidding in a dead end street. There are all kind of barricades and fences between that embassy and the public.

Must be the russian one i thought, or the chinese, may be  the one from Iraq, heck, there's a lonely stars and stripes hanging out of the window-It's the American Ambassy.

Something must be wrong with their foreign politics.
