The Nazis must never be forgotten. If I had it my way, history books would concentrate more on past regimes that have led to the suffering, persucation, and genocide of entire races rather than a half a chapter about the war itself. The understanding of these regimes/governments are so little in the average person, and it's only been 60 years. Most people don't even know how Hitler rose to power... that in itself is scary, because we can see how easy it is for the populace to become complacent.
We are doomed to repeat history should we forget it.
