I have black friends also and the ignorance here is shown by you.

You cannot take the confederate out of southerners.
So they "forced" us to stay in the union and now they are "forcing" us to take the flag down in Ga. and SC. state houses.
Guess what? Pride runs deep. We put a bigger one next door to the state house at the confederate memorial and put spotlights on it. You can see it for thirty miles at night.

They made us take them down at schools and government buildings, so 5 out of 10 folks down here started flying them at home and on bumpers of cars. Id say since this
"crusade" has started there are 50% more confederate flags being flown in the south than previously.
wtg

The people that push this whole flag thing are the real racists.

Its just a point for "certain" black politicians/reverends to grab the soapbox and spread hate.
Pointing fingers and calling us haters for flying our flag only spreads malcontent
The flag doesn't have SQUAT to do with black people unless they are confederates themselves. Many balck people FOUGHT and DIED for the confederatecy

Its about heritage not hate.
But when they "say" the flag is hate,
It creates haters.

Swastika avatar?

Won't happen. It wouldn't bother me, but we have dear friends here who have already gone on record as stating that they find it extremely hurtful and offensive. I can accept that.

I would be far more inclined to argue for having actual, historical markings on German aircraft as they were flown into battle, but even in that case, the feelings of my friends would supersede my desire for historical accuracy in every detail. I will live without the swastika on my favorite aircraft for that reason.

But Blitz..no problem..Just found my Keys for the bulldozer

Just for ya information, ya tard.

Ulrich Rudel was a very ugly, nazilovin idiot who praised Nazitime all of his lifetime and denied Holocast till he finally died , a few years ago. Hope his soul is rotten in hell.

Adolf Galland served very ugly southamerican dictatorship country after the war and trained it's airforce.

He's just a snob to me.

Some of the Real heroes were workin under the name "Weiße Rose'. It was a 'Widerstandsgruppe', mostly students.

Hans and Sophie Scholl, their friends and there professor.

They did some aggitation, mostly in the night, till they finally were caught and send to death. to them.

Most of the Heroes of this war are mostly unknown, tho.

Were some brave people, normal people, who hided jews , helped them get out of Nazi-Germany,always in fear of losing their own lives, shared their food with them, sometimes till the end of the war.

Some Heroes left, though, if we talk of War Heroes during WW2 on the side of Germany.

That are some thousant "Deserteure", who refused to follow that violent regime anymore, stopped fightin in the name of Germanny and run for their lives. Most of them were caught and hanged ,too. to them.

Yes, well... that's because they were forced to fight for the "confederatecy", while they were free to fight for the union.

The difference here was fighting under enslavement vs. fighting under freedom for their freedom.

Maybe your right. Even if you are(we disagree), the fact remains that it happened 150 years ago. This crusade was started recently to take a way a southern symbol of pride. Its based on hate or revenge. How else can you take it?

It fuels hate and division here in the south. There is freedom here in the US you cannot stop folks from flying the flag. The hate you see when you look at it is a reflection of your heart.

You can choose to hate or not.

To me it means home.
