The Battle of the Philippine Sea; June 19th 1944 Better known as The Great Mariana's Turkey Shoot". For the most part we have the IJ aircraft set and we have the USN aircraft set as well. The only thing we don't have is a map with the island of Saipan on it for the setting. The Japanese had reinforced the 17th Airfleet on Saipan in the days leading up the invasion of Saipan by the US forces based on intelligence reports.
Yes I know that it was historically a really lopsided outcome for the US but there is a potential for the Japanese to rewrite history in a single day event such as this.
