Hi Dowding!

I'm scheduled to return to Blighty some time in 2005...maybe later. Depends on how successful the dinosaur game is.

As for AH...now got a 1ghz Athlon, Geforce Ultra, X36 joystick, all the ram in the world and an internet connection that drops 50% of me packets

I'll get it sorted soon, until then I'll be lurking here

Big hello to all my other AH chums BTW!

Now that's what you've been up to!

That looks very nice. Like Swoop says - if ya need a beta tester give us a shout!

I'm building a new computer at the moment, BTW. If I can find a 1.2 GHz chip anywhere in the UK, I'll be able to start properly.

Wilfrid-

You have just described to a "T" why I cancelled my AH account... I could never do better than the connects you described after version 1.3 or so. I had troubles occasionally before, but they were total and constant after the release of version 1.4.

PIII 733
128MB
GeForce DDR 32MB
ISDN

I lurk, perhaps to try again someday. I may have to wait for the cable to be run to my place before I try to come back...

Keiren....

You'de be better off playing with a dial-up instead of isdn...it's not too good for gaming.

Alas, I have no other option at the moment. I committed fully to ISDN to fix a previous connect problem. I have no regular phone lines with which to even attempt a dial-up.

Kieren, I feel your pain   Hope you get back on soon. Looking at the phone boxes on my wall I see ISDN right next to DSL..? Now that HTC are going to fix the Win2k/USB joystick problem I'll redouble my efforts.

Duma, Dowding and Swoop you're all on the list! Be about a year, OK?
