Spawncampers at Trinity Tiger town

This need to be fixed, somehow.

I mean, you can't even spawn there and last 5 seconds.

It makes the whole area useless.

First thing I do when I spawn there is a 360 degree scan to spot potential spawn campers. Then I spawn 'til I kill them. Then once I am sure the spawn point is clear I spawn and get moving into the buildings on my way to someone else's spawn point.

I have a suggestion for when this happens:  Put together a combined attack against both (usually 2 bases per team in Tank Town) Vehicle Bases of the team the Spawn campers are members of and just blow up the hangars.

Eventually, they run out of ammo or get killed, then when they try to set up shop again to spawn camp, they can't.  Most players that are lame enough to spawn camp probably don't have the patience to wait for the hangar to come up again, so they'll go off and do something else.

Which country are you? Im a bish, and I was able to maneuver a while, blow some building, and the like before getting killed with one shot, after pumping several shots THROUGH (correct, no hit registered) on another tiger. I then spawned from a dif vbase, and cruised for a while, and caught a few campers with their tents down, hehe.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away.............HiTech talked about being able to use youur mouse on the map, over a limited area, to place your GV spawn point manually.  

Dont know what ever happened to that brilliant idea.  Wait a tic!  Its called Aces High "Tour of Duty".  Maybe we will see it soon.

The worst part is not the spawncampers themselves. The really annoying bit is they do not appear on the screen but after some good 10 seconds. During that time they do see you, and usually shred you into pieces before the usual 360 deg. turret traverse can do any good.

Anyway, they are (usually) quite easy to deal with

Gawd, I must have died 25 deaths at Tank Town last night. We (Bish) had only one base, and all spawn points were camped out. I could not even start my engine, or rotate my turret, when KABOOM!  During quiet periods when not too many are on, it's OK, and those tank battles in town are a lot of fun.   But I equate TT spawn camping to LA7 vulching. With the pizza map you don't see that nonsense. But hey - AH2 will take care of all sorts of nonsense.

Nopoop!  Yes, fly planes indeed. I do that too - and man guns, and float PT boats, and drive GVs, amphibious vehicles. I'd be bored if I stuck to doing one thing over and over and over... I'll leave that to your squad!

Palef has it right.

The REAL lamers are the ones flying a plane(!) unopposed over tank town. Probably the only place left in the sim where one player can negatively impact many others by knocking down the VH's (w/ no intention of capture).
