Does the state aid to students from the listed countries extend to flight school?

most of the 9/11 guys were saudis and because of our governments ties to that country those students would still get aid. You know the saudis give cash to suicide bombers families and we dont hear anyone screaming for a regime change there.

By a large factor, most terrorists and terrorism are/is courtesy of the middle east.
