I found a shareware gif animator on one of the school's computers. Something like Barbaross Gif Animator I believe.

I use Adobe Photoshop and Image ready, i wish that the avatars could be linke from a website, then i would have the whole sequence of the plane being shot at.

Yes frank...I used a shareware program myself.  I found it alot easier...

Its Named "CoffeeCup GIF Animator 6.2"  You can try it for 15 days.

Hold on, I tried Adobe ImageReady, which worked very well.
but how do I get my movie below 30000 bytes?

Mine came to 57000 bites, so i had to cut some frames out, kinda sucks, cos the whole sequence of the plane being shot is awesome. HTC.......LET US LINK AVATARS FROM THE NET :) PLEEAAASEEEEEEEEEEE
