War IS a game. its a game of life and death. It is the ULTIMATE competion and often it is waged w/as much reasoning as a sporting event.

How many sporting events that we all love all simply reflections of combat-war? Rugby..Soccar...Football(American) etc. All require team work, self sacrifice and discpline to succeed at.

How do you think leaders can send men to die so easily? Its a "gamers" mentality...a step away from the actuality that is the horror of warfare.

No time for spell check so endure my grammer-spelling please.
Of course, I only see what he posts here and what he does in the MA.  I know virtually nothing about the man.  I think its important for people to realize that we don't really know squat about each other.... definately not enough to use words like "hate".

I agree with teamwork and discipline but "self sacrifice"? One is not supposed to get hurt in a game except by accident. Certainly not by his own intent.

You ever Rugby or US Football. You the "lay the wood" and clock some poor slob your gonna feel it too. You play front row in rugby..your gonna feel it. Thats self sacrifice...its nothing on par w/a soldier risking life and limb for fellow soldiers but its still a factor. Of course I almost had my kneck broken in a friggen Rugby game... but thats another story.

Self-sacrifice is typically the reason for more than a few CMH awards.

Lighten up people...

The pic is more of a parody on multiplayer FPS's than helpless, burning, Iraqi children with no arms.
