Consensus in the last few evenings is:
"what-no night"...."they deleted the night"...and so on.  Ya know, as much as I fly this SIM and enjoy it....or try, there are a few things that bother me.  Mainly, most of the "crybabies" in here don't like the darkness.  To me, it is a blessing and a "Feature and a Benefit".  Hey, the Moon is an awesome sight.  I want to keep it.  WAY Cool.  Now, integrate the moon and the night to last ....say,  30 minutes.  Anyone that says they don't like darkness, needs to cancel their account.  <or get a note from home to stay up>  That is the very best thing-In My Opinion, that sets this SIM apart.  I am just one player and one voice, but I hope I can get some attention to this problem and issue.  HTC, the darkness is worthy.....don't remove it because of the few "crybabies" that are here.  Add it back-please.  I'd rather give up a few clouds or ammo-in the nmys planes!  hehehe

This lack of night thing has come with relatively no-one even saying a thing about it. I wonder then, it must not be as popular as i thought, pitty  

Bring back the night!!!!!! It was *SO* cool

The only problem I had with the night is that it was so pitch black. If we could have a night with a bright moon, nice moon btw HT and Co., where you could still make out some shapes I would be all for it.

Night has a moon, though the light sourcing of a full moon on the landscape might be hard to mimic....

When I logged on to 1.04 for the first time I wondered what the hell wassitting on the horizon when the sun when down, when I realised it was the moon I thought 'hey cool perhaps we will have some moonlight' then the moon went straight back down...what a farce! I was then told that a bunch of players had whined about it and it got removed! is this right? if so why I have I not see nany whiny posts on the BB about it? are they covert whiners who mailed HT direct? if so stand and be counted you dweebs that are scared of the dark! It makes me laugh that so many people harp on about realism but they are happy to stay in an arena with perpetual daylight! oh yes really realistic! For christs sake the night did'nt last very long anyway so why can't we have it?!?!

I was hoping the night would stay around longer instead of shorter.

Night fighting is very hard but is soooo cool. I love the night<I can piss out the cockpit and no one sees me> and hope we can get it back soon.

Ya gave us two bombers that used the night and took away the night at the same time.  

Gives us's a 1 to 2 hour night.  Please.

Oh yeah, have icons turn off after the sun goes down.    Turn icons back on once sun comes up.  Please as well.

Turning off the night is news to me (must have missed the announcement somewhere).

I vote for getting the night back, if it is indeed gone.  Never had any problems with it that I could not adjust to.

Yep, I liked the night, bring it back!    (only thing I didn't like was the contrast glare/dazzle when you brought the map clipboard up!! )
