It is, Hf 2.

One of several standard Cargo Wagon Types In use By the Germans during the war, A large part of the German Army got thier Bullet's chow, and porn brought up to them on/in one of these.

Note the bolt handle is bent down. Nagants (like the two I am looking at in the case to my left, have straight out bolt handles. Mausers are bent.
