I like just about anything. I used to be a Bud Light only kinda guy but about 2 yrs ago I decided to broaden my horizons and started to explore the world of beer and what an adventure it has been. It led me to start brewing my own about a year ago. This has to be one of the greatest hobbies in the world. You have to be patient though. Your usual ale takes about 6 weeks minimum before you can drink it.

I have a real nice Munich Helles that has been lagering for about 2 months now. Its going into bottles next week and should be ready for drinking in about 3 weeks. It should be really really good about late summer time after some more extended cold conditioning in the bottle.
