Maybe he could wait for at least 1 month to pass before making such a statement..... but that's just me.

I feel that Russia has failed to achieve it's war aims in Chechnia, but I'm going to give them a few more years before I pass judgment.  

Maybe the Chechnians have superior Russian equipment.
