It is!!

They have a name for it, it's called "shoplifting" and by printing them prior to entering the store it adds about 3 or 4 other charges depending on the state.

They don't have AH in jail as far as I know.

How can they get away with a site like that? Can they post info like that?

Sure

Information about breaking the law is legal, if not most TV shows and half of the books out there would be gone.  It's what you do with the information that counts.

I'm not sure about that, scooter. Information on how to build a nail bomb would be illegal to distribute I'm sure. 'Conspiracy to cause explosions' is the British legal term, I believe.

______________

Walmart is a sleazy, anti-union, store from hell, that takes hours to get in and out of, and many more times that to return anything that breaks, they have no concept of service or 'customer care'.  it's destroying the local owned stores and most of small-town america.

but scammed is just another way to say robbed. and none of the above justifies theft.

the RIAA got what it deserved because of theft. And your right petty theft wont hurt walmart in the long run. Just not shopping at that store and trying to get others will help more.

yep, I always will shop any store over walmart. and I don't miss it.  I know I pay aprox 10% more by shopping at the local Fred Meyer store but the service is 100 times better and if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it in about the same time it takes to make a purchase.

Darlene has found real good deals on ebay. Got a fantastic deal on new sketchers. Sorry for the hijack.
