Congratulations Philly.....

Well played game and with Eddy stopping 72 shots, you definitely deserved that win....  Primeau does terrific work in front of the net.

Visited the dressing room after the game and our guys looked pretty beat-up and looking forward to a few days rest, but they're all pretty happy about where they're at so far in the series, plus getting Mogilny back.

Some great hockey.... as Yogi used to say "It ain't over till it's over"... :D

Go Leafs Go!!!!

Regards,
Badger

Aye - this is a great series - ALL of the series are entertaining.

Leafs - y'all beat the hell out of us physically (good to see Roenick come back after that awesome Tucker hit and get his "Whack of the game" in at center ice.  ;)

72 frikken shots though... second longest game in Flyers history - the longest went to a 5th OT against Pittsburg in 2000 - I can remember running out in the street with a gang of drunken college jocks breaking stuff at 3AM after Primeau's goal.

Tell you what though - that game was a perfect example of what a top notch goal tender can do to keep a team in the game.  The save that Eddie made on LeClair's shot was amazing - off his body, then he redirects it with the waffle into the glove - all while falling on his back.

Domi was surprisingly quiet - Tucker is getting on my nerves... and Ive already had my fill of that studmuffingy little chant you guys have up there "Go Leafs Go!"  WTF is that?  :D

Obviously, you are not a Bruins fan;)

Never heard of him..... but, I'll ask around.  Our partnership MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment) are owners of the Air Canada Centre and in both Leafs and Raptors teams.

..... an alias perhaps?  What's his real name?

Edit: Game Time 3:00 pm tomorrow afternoon... Go Leafs Go !!!! :D

Final in regulation: Flyers 6, Leafs 1.

Huge game for the Flyers, shaking that bad post-season luck.

A HUGE to the Leafs - I was concerned that a brawl would erupt at the end of the game with the score being what it was.

The Leafs (yes, even Domi and Fuc... Tucker, even) showed outstanding sportsmanship.

Well see you next year... look out Ottawa... we fatty cheesesteak bastards are hunting Northerners this year and youre next.
