Blitz, you are not as informed on these matters as you think you are. Here in Ma. we have mass health. If you don't have health ins or cannot afford it, you can get healthcare. People are not left on the streets and it is against the law to turn someone away from an emergency room. Just because you do not have health ins does not deny you treatment
