Reverse your recto-cranial inversion and your vision will clear up.

I don't care much for country either but it does have a message. I'd explain it to you but I lack the years necessary for that task.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Some of u pro war people really lost the context. Sad but true.
Every 1 that is against war is against u ?

These threads agaionst germany and french are pissing me off. Not because i am german, i dont really care if u bomb Iraq to a big Walmart parking lot. Its more the godamn ignorance of the "average" proud american citizen.
I bet 50% of u even dont know where Iraq is, not to speak from europe.

This things arent funny anymore. Its plain dumb and silly.

Darryl Worley!!? did you hear "I miss my friend" with the fake crying ??

This guy is a joke, he's just jumping on the patriotic bandwagon to milk the cow!

Long live the Dixie Chicks ! "Travelling soldier" is ten times more patriotic and sincere !

Wanna hear a true patriotic song : "In America" by Charlie Daniels

Agree or disagree with the guy, at least he means it!

Charlie's left nut is bigger than Darryl "the Wuss" Worley !

The song is written and performed by Darryl Worley.  ''Have You Forgotten?'' was was inspired by his trip out to Afghanistan last year when he was there to entertain the troops. Darryl said in a recent interview that it was actually written about the war in Afghanistan even though most people seem to think that it was written for the Iraq war.

Darryl has performed the song for President Bush who "really enjoyed it."

I am sure it was playing in many of those armoured personal carriers that were driveing around Iraq these past few weeks. I guess Ouiabe and Freeze don't get it as unlike France which always had its freedom given to them from other countries, the US had to earn its own.

:D :D

Habu re-read your history books (if you have any) :

USA did help, a little, in WWI. USA did help A LOT in WWII.

Now if you consider the WWII the only war where France has been involved you have a lot of work to do.

Hoo, and you may not know : USA has been 'delivered' from the English with the help of France (i know it hurts...).

For the Iraqi people, i'm very happy they had been 'delivered' from Sadam and his government. But the way they have been 'delivered' doesnt seem right to me.

I don't know the future so i'll keep myself from telling it...

Here's a site with some helpful info should you want to help France "get the message".

Well, that's an understatment and it also ignores how we rebuilt France and Germany and England

Actually, the French did very little in the revoutionary war.  They took way too long getting here but the help was needed and appreciated but I don't suppose it was worth being beholden for 200+ years for.

I was thinking the same thing. Allies no longer so far as many of us are concerned.
