XXXX being a number (distance id hope)

I heard (saw) someone talking about this command and they "didnt notice before that hispanos are right on at 500yards" (or somehting to that effect) until after they used the command.

does it change convergence or something?

I dunno i wont speculate.

1) Type ."target <convergence range>"
2) look around, you'll see a giant white target following you
3)centre your guns site and loosen off a burst.
4)zoom in on the target and you'll see the dispersion pattern of your chosen convergence range, plus you'll be able to see if your site is bore sited correctly should you be using a custom site.
5) type ".target 0" to turn it off.

The target always faces N.  Just swing your plane to north and hit auto pilot.  Now you can adjust the target range and see how your bullets strike at a set convergence at a given range.

IE.  My convergence is set between 250 and 300 dependng on the plane.  At the set convergence all the bullets pass in the center 2 rings.  The farther away I get out to 1000 yds the more the spread moves out.

Did I say how cool this was?  Nice addition in my opinion.

Played around with it some last night making a new, well adjusting someone’s, gun sight.  Very cool.
