« on: April 22, 2003, 04:32:10 PM »
Ok...after 4 years of Saitekk Cyborgs..(usally replace it every 8 months or so-broken hat swicthes)..

I went to best buy..NO MORE CYBORGS..But the New Cyborgs are force feedback..

so I say screw it.ill get it...

Well its not forcefeed'bak'n...sometimes it does..

On the Windows  Jstik config..the test makes it all work..vibrates and rumbles and all that sht...

But when im in AH...it doesnt work..

I have calbrated..and set all the Forces it says i can set in AH..but still no feedback..

Any suggestions?

Stuff it could be......

Update the drivers.

Some FF sticks require the installation of the software.

If your using XP you may need to run it in '98 mode.

Possibly a faulty stick.
(Bad USB cable)

Try, totally uninstalling your stick and the other Cyborg stick in Device manager.

GL write back.

I had a Logitech Wingman Force Feedback stick that did that. Turned out that neither the USB port nor the gameport on my computer had enough power to make it work. That's when I got my Saitek Cyborg 3D USB Gold. So far the best stick I've had. I might look at a force feedback version. Regarding your problem, do you have the latest USB stuff? Does your computer have USB 2.0? You may have the same kind of problem I had. Good luck.

if its power in usb, a powered hub ($10 on sale) will fix it up.
one stabilized my x45..
