I'm pretty sure that in most states the victim doesn't have to press charges to convict. so deffinatly call the cops in the area if there is no way you can get home.

I'd have a hard time finding an obsticle to my return after finding anone hit my wife. take a weekend flight, beat his ass, then fly back out.

Same wife different situation.......

Wife is infact improving, found out the reason she was acting the way she had was because of the family....not her. When she realised how wrong she was, the tamtrums stopped.

Regardless of who he is, a man beat your wife, and you just idle around unsure on what to do.

was upset when I wrote about the starfish.......didn't mean that and I was wrong.

What is funny is the mother in law cracks my email password....reads my email....read what I put on here!! then sends me back to Australia!!!

Infact it wouldn't suprise me if she saw this!!

brother in law beats wife... so basically its your wife's brother yes?

Either way, dont lose your head and do nothing stupid. Punch him to the ground then call the cops. They will understand why you punched his lights out. They wont understand if you use a baseball bat though... besides, fists are so much more satisfying to beat those cowardly salamanders.

Then teach your wife some martial arts and buy her a tazer. Tell her it looks "chic" on her.

Of course, you wont want argue with her after that... a tazer in the nuts aint nice..
