Looking for late night, or morning group

Hi everyone.

I'm looking to join a squad that mostly operates either late at night, or in the morning time.

"Why?" you might ask?  Simple.  I work 2nd shift.  3:00PM to 11:30PM Eastern Daylight time.

My days off shift from week to week, so I would like to find a group that does it's prime flying say around 12:30AM to 2 or 3:00AM eastern time.

OR, perhaps a squadron that flies during daylight time, say from 8:30AM or there abouts, until about 1:00PM eastern time.

IF there is a squadron in existance that does this, that would be great.  If there isn't, then maybe some of us 2nd shift people could get together and start one.

What about it people??

My suggestion would be watch the roster when you like to fly...

You can click on the top of the squad colllum and it will sort by squad,  click on country and it will group those squads by country.

Now you can see if there are any groups of flyers up, and see if they are recruiting.    Ask to Tag along with a couple of them and see if one fits you....

You might be able to hook up with some Aussies, NZ or some other folks in those time frames.    Might be a chance to make some world wide friends.

I feel ya mrwimpy, I work 2nd shift as well and have a hard time getting any kinda team atmosphere going.  By the time i log on, My squad (who are very talented and a good group of guys) have done their missions and serious stuff, and are just looking to fool around.  I know the rooks have a squad named the 52nd Kiwi's that I see online a bit late nights, but other then that it seems a few from each squad here and there.  It can be quite maddening, and THEN throw in huge maps for 170 flyers...

The "Pigs on a wing" fly late night, I am a new member and new to AH myself, but I believe Twitchy (CO) is looking for more.
You should be able to run into him most nights.

You can give the Strike Bandits a try. We have just started off so there are only 2 of us. We fly bish and are on at around 1030pm pst. I also work 2nd shift and my squadie is just an insomniac.

Well, that's certainly a possibility.  I tend to get home about 12:00AM Eastern time, which I believe is currently 9:00PM your time.  And I do stay up for a while, so I'll see if I can find you in the next night or two.
