Dang, Cavemanj, congratulations x 2!!
It was just about 18 years ago that my wife and I went to the hospital to visit the babies we were going to adopt -- twin girls, only a few hours old. Holding them in my arms was the most exciting and the most frightening thing I have ever done. Makes looking down the barrels of a Flakpanzer seem like a walk in the park

Next week, we will be taking our twins to Sacremento to meet their birthmom and family. Should be an exciting time -- and an emotional one. I only wish 20/20 would be there to cover the story so we could make back some of the money we've spent on therapists!
You're going to be a celebrity, you know. Everywhere you go, people will be stopping and asking the same old question, over and over: Are they twins? Girls? (Everyone used to ask us if our girls were boys) Live it up and enjoy every last minute of it. You will survive and you will grow from the experience, believe me. Take each day as it comes, love them with all your heart and soul, and for god's sake -- GET THEM ON THE SAME SCHEDULE!!!
Good luck, my friend!
