I have been muted several times for "veiled profanity" lol, and other nights I can curse like a sailor all night without a peep from the mods. What we need is some Godd*** F***ing consinstency from the A**hole F***ing moderators! :D

The censors should be firm, fair and impartial, but they wont be, censors seldom are.

It takes a special type of objectivity to do that job, our censors many time dont seem to have it.

Perhaps,   but better to have moderators that occasionally err than to have none at all.

Yes, Necessarily.  At the end of AW there were no mods... it was awful.

Mods are good.  More are needed.  I wasn't very happy with F*cknut and P00 and their conversation over the weekend.

You seem to have missed my point, I am saying that it is not acceptable for the censors to feel that it is fine to "occasionally err".

They had better take the position before they act that there will be impartiality at ALL times.

LOL Shamus.   It is fine for everyone to occasionally err.  As soon as you find someone who doesn't let me know, I've never met a perfect person.

"err" is one thing. Prejudice towards a squad or person is another. That muting did not seem fair at all.

Well, he really didn't deserve to be muted it would seem, assuming we know all the factors..  But I'd rather the moderators erred on  the side of caution than otherwise.  Again, I don't see a trend where people that get banned often do NOT deserve to be.  I mean sure 40dog got muted.. but 10 minutes of mute... is it that painful?

Hey Steve..do they teach in medical school that it is fine to occasionally err in surgrry or in the law enforcement accadamy that the occasional shooting of an innocent bystander is ok because nobody is perfect?

You still aint getting it, but thats ok, im done trying to explain it to ya.

I've seen some pretty rude stuff on ch1, and they are very tolerant, imo. To "err" is not the problem, to be "bias" is. As long as they don't "err" to certain individuals. I'll leave it at that.

Shamus the reason you  cannot "explain" it to me is that your argument is foolish.
I don't fail to understand what you are saying. You're argument is wrong.

You're saying volunteer people who are policing an online game while playing that game should have as much training/expertise as a cop or Doc?  Read what you are typing.

Don't attempt to condescend to me when your argument is assinine.
