Good rant...

Although he's right about iEN, I wouldn't even entrust them with a task as menial as fetching me lunch from MickeyDs.

I'd order a #2 (2 cheeseburgers, med fries, med Mr. Pibb), they'd come back with a McFlurry AND I'd get no change.

That reminds me... I never did get around to cancelling that subscription.  There's $9.95 a month for more beer.

Those people are masochists.  I can see it if one has a Mac.  But the rest of them, what the hell are they thinking?  :)

never having flown flight sims till feb last year what's so bad about AH that they seem to hate it soo much?

i have seen Il2 and know that AH cant be like that. too many players dont have a PC that can handle it. let alone the bandwidth in their internet con. i guess i just asume WB is similar to AH in graphics and stuff... considering HT and stuff used to work there.

i guess my question goes to the "fantasy land" comment ?!?! what is that all about?

oh well my 2˘
I don't know what to put here yet.

geeze funked...  that's exactly it!  those guys must enjoy hurting themselves or else be so fearful and self centered that they think anyone cares how good or bad they are at a sim...  I think a lot of em don't leave cause they fear they will do badly at a new sim.

25 people in primetime?  sheesh, even the CT considers that a bit low for them.

Heck, even back at $30/mo at 4am ET there were more than 25 in the MA here.

I feel sorry for those guys that love WB.  I'd hate to see AH go down that road.

heh, what's so bad about being sucky at a sim? I've been here for 2 years and I still pretty much suck.  I can club a baby seal or two, but against the "good sticks" I feel like the baby seal.  ;)

After the rolling plane set pissed me off, and I hurt my arm playing ot much, I didnt play an online flight sime for a few years.

I decided to get back into it, I think like 2 years ago? Maybe less, and Downloaded the WB3 beta and Acedhigh.

I tried WB3, and didnt like it, everything felt like it was in slow motion, the roll rate on the planes was stupidly slow.....

I tried Aceshigh, and after flying for a bit and discovering the head position thing, it has killed me for other flight sims.

I see no problem with most of the flight models.

I know a guy who still plays WBs as far as I know, I think he was Bronco? (I know him in real life, not in Warbirds)

But from talking to him, it seems that many of the warbirds guys have this weird, non logical hate for Aceshigh, I just do not get it?
