Sim of the Year

Well killas,

The weather's getting a little cooler, time to start thinking about who won Online Sim of the Year. Drumroll please... and the winner is, AH of course. Sadly HTC had no competition to speak of. But had they been in a harder fight, I still believe they deserve the prize for introducing 3D cockpits. Thanks HTC, for curing years of gripes about six views in one fell swoop.

There is real concern about the loss of serious sims. I hope that HTC stands fast to making the best sim possible. Player driven carriers are the next big step for me. I assume the new scenario terrains are close at hand? If so, a few planes like the F4F-4 Wildcat, TBF-1 Avenger, Ki84-1c and the B6N1 Jill, would add a fun Pacific plane set to the BOB and Russian front planes we have now.

Next year's winner will face much stiffer competition. AH, WB3 and WWIIOL will duke it out like Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha in the sportbike wars. Gentlemen, start your  engines! But for this year, HTC takes the cake. Wtg team.

Cya up...Braz

If asked, I would go with Aces High, but feel it would be biased, cause I dropped WB right after 2.76 went Production.

AH.
3D Cockpits.
2 Flat Rate.
Interface with the Consumer.
Terrain Editor.

WB.
More Planes.

As I have expressed before, I cannot de-lineate between the two FM's on Comparrison to real aircraft.  I know HT has flown the P-51 so I lean his way.

I think WB has had it so long, that it may loose on staleness.  I don't know who has more voters, cause WB iEN'rs may just out-vote us.

Can you vote more than once?

What is HT willing to do to get a Ballot Box or Two stuffed?

Actually, DT, the WB terrain editor has produced more terrains so far.  Hawaii, BOB, Racing Terrain, 2 Med terrains and, now, a Midway one.

I don't know about online GAME of the year(my bet would be an RPG), but for flightsim of the year, it has to be WB, with AH as most improved.
