What's patriotism got to do with it?  I disagree with the French govt's actions, so I refuse to buy French products.  While my buying power alone won't change a thing, if enough people do it, it will pressure French companies to pressure the French Gov't.

I user "imperialist" to bring up the soviet-era propaganda connotation.

What you suggest - the USA vs. all the states in or supplying "the axis of evil" would make an interesting Harpoon 4 scenario (if it ever comes out).
