Tactical Gamer (Gameplay for Grown-Ups)
« on: May 16, 2003, 07:46:54 AM »
For those of you who are into other types of simulations, here's a fun place with some good people.  I've been using it for almost year now.  Lots of retired and currently serving military types from various countries.  Some excellent mature on-line gaming. :D

Nice looking site.  Is it yours?

Of course it is...

That's how you can sing the praises of a community with a wopping 4 days of posting experience.

Am I banned yet?

No, it's not... But more importantly, who are you?

4 days?  This community has been around since July 2001?  If you'd taken the time to read a bit about them before slamming them, you'd find it's the inauguration of their new site.

Again, who are you?  I don't know if they've banned you in the past or whether they would in the future, but you certainly have the on-line personality to be a likely candidate. ;)

Badger

True, but under their basic membership level you can play on Dual OC3 bandwidth connections and be part of their community for "free".  Much better game play then most public servers, often loaded with some pretty strange out-of-control characters.  Here it's "free", but registrations are validated.  It only begins to cost for access to a broader range of player services, including game-play on their private servers.

From the Home Page:

Free Membership
• Limited Forums Access
• Access to Tactical Gamer PUBLIC gaming servers
