Question about time settings

Hi - I am looking for help in setting up offline and H2H for different times of day please ( the command ). And also looking for the command that can increase clouds in the H2H or offline if possible. Any help is greatly appreciated Thank You...

The command is .time HH MM XX
.time 12 00 01 would be 12:00 with a speed multiplier of 1.
That's all the clouds you can get sorry
