Wingman Digital Extreme 3D joystick Problem
« on: May 18, 2003, 08:32:01 PM »
I am having serious problems with my joystick.  AH is not registering that my joystick is working right, im running Windows 98 and i go to settings, then gaming options, then select my joystick, and calibrate it.  My joystick works just fine in Windows 98, but when i get on to AH only my pitch and roll work along with throttle and guns.  i dont understand why but if any of u have had the same problems with the same joystick or problems like it please let me know what u did to fix the problem.:p

So, pitch, roll, throttle and guns all work...what else is there?

If you want any of the other buttons to do anything ,ie. your point of view hat, you have to map them to a command in AH Setup, under Stickmapping.
Allso, while you are in the setup screen, calibrate your stick in game as well as under the windows setup.
All of this is done from within the Aces High programme by hitting the escape key to bring up the clipboard, then clicking the 'Setup' button.
I use a Wingman Interceptor at the moment, but I used to have an Extreme Digital, and it worked just fine.
Hope that is of some help :)
